When it comes to beating anxiety and depression, people make the mistake of attacking them from one maybe two angles (usually medication and traditional talk therapy.) That’s like facing a giant in a kick-boxing ring knowing only how to throw a Right Cross and a Left Round House Kick! (Yes, I do Kickboxing, so I will be using lots of fun boxing metaphors:) Each post of this blog will discuss one of several different angles from which we can attack (and beat) these formidable foes!
