Sir Sam Everington on Social Prescribing

Sir/Dr. Sam Everington is a General Practioner who has a community health center in London like no other. The health care professionals at the Center actually prescribe things to their patients like working in the Center’s gardens, joining the cooking group, doing all kinds of art projects etc. No wonder why he was knighted for his contribitions to the health of England! I absolutely love how he says, “It’s not as much about ‘what is the matter with people as much as what matters’ to them”.
